What customization options are available?
We offer personalized designs where you can choose the name style (e.g., Grandma, Nana, Mimi, Gigi, Grammy, Granny), the number of kids or grandkids, destinations, colors, and shirt styles. Simply select your options when placing your order.
Are you able to create a custom item or design?
Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom piece as time permits. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.
Are you able to use my logo for customizations?
Yes, but not always! All logos must be in a black and white PNG or SVG format for a smooth transition into our software. We are happy to review your design to verify if we are able to provide a product worthy of your special brand!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Can I rush my order?
Yes! We offer expedited processing and shipping options at checkout. Please reach out to us if you need your order by a specific date and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What sizes are available?
Our shirts and sweatshirts are available in a wide range of sizes from Youth S to Adult 5XL on cruise shirts and Youth S to 2XL on all others. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for the best fit.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@shoptrendylanz.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll send a replacement right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, production begins and we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
Yes! We love group orders. If you're ordering 10 or more items, please contact us for special pricing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
